Capital Campaign

For over 20 years at the Barbara C. Harris Camp and Conference Center (BCH), thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds have encountered God in the quiet of the woods and beside a pristine lake. Here, our heart for intentional hospitality and collaborative partnership creates sacred space for individuals and groups to rejuvenate their spirit, return to who they are and what they love, and discover new ways to love and serve.

Founded in 2003 through the vision of the Diocese of Massachusetts and the generosity of faithful donors, BCH has a unique model of partnership and has grown into ministry with regional impact. We are nurtured by the leadership of three Episcopal dioceses: Massachusetts, Western Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. We serve congregations along with faith-based and secular community groups from across New England.

After more than a decade without major reinvestment, the very facilities that make transformation possible are now limiting our capacity to serve in a hospitable way, and expand our ministry to those near and far. We’ve reached a defining moment: without action now, we risk turning away the growing number of people seeking what BCH offers. Because of this, we are launching a historic, Spirit-led $4 million capital campaign.

You’re invited to join in our vision of offering a sacred home for generations to come, where faith, belonging, and renewal intersect.
